Welcome to Glow Pilates Geneva. By accessing our website, booking classes, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, booking a class, purchasing a pass, or attending our studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Booking & Cancellation
- Booking: Classes can be booked through our online booking platform (Bsport). A valid class pass or membership is required to reserve a spot.
- Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule a class booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge.
- Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class start time will result in the session being deducted from your pass.
- No-shows: Failing to attend a booked class without cancelling will be treated as a late cancellation, and the session will be deducted.
- Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your class begins. Late arrivals may not be admitted to ensure the best experience for all participants.
Passes & Validity
- All class passes and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Validity periods: Class passes have specific validity periods from the date of purchase. Unused sessions will expire at the end of the validity period.
- Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis for medical reasons with appropriate documentation.
- Introductory offers and trial passes are available to new clients only and are limited to one per person.
- Glow Pilates reserves the right to modify pricing and pass structures. Changes will not affect passes already purchased.
Studio Rules
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask that all clients:
- Inform instructors of any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy before class.
- Wear appropriate workout attire and bring grip socks (available for purchase at the studio).
- Keep the studio clean and return equipment to its designated place after use.
- Silence mobile phones during classes.
- Refrain from wearing strong perfumes or fragrances out of consideration for other clients.
- Treat fellow clients, instructors, and staff with respect and courtesy.
Liability
Pilates and other physical activities carry inherent risks. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Glow Pilates and its instructors shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or as a result of participation in our classes or use of our facilities.
We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise programme, particularly if you have pre-existing health conditions, are pregnant, or have recently undergone surgery.
Glow Pilates is not responsible for personal belongings brought to the studio. Please keep valuables secure.
Changes to Terms
Glow Pilates reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
